How to Take Your Measurements

Accurate measurements are the single biggest factor in getting a perfect custom stitch. Use a soft measuring tape, wear light, well-fitting clothing while measuring, and have a second person help if possible.

Height (in)

Required

Stand straight against a wall, measure from floor to the top of your head.

Weight (kg)

Your current body weight — helps us judge overall fit and fabric drape.

Shoulder (in)

Required

Measure straight across the back from the edge of one shoulder to the other.

Chest (in)

Required

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level.

Bust (in)

Measure around the fullest part of the bust, tape parallel to the floor.

Waist (in)

Required

Measure around your natural waistline, at the narrowest point of your torso.

Hip (in)

Required

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 8 inches below your waist.

Neck (in)

Wrap the tape around the base of your neck where a collar would sit.

Sleeve Length (in)

Required

Measure from the shoulder edge down to where you want the sleeve to end.

Armhole (in)

Measure around the arm at the point where sleeve meets shoulder.

Wrist (in)

Wrap the tape around your wrist bone.

Bicep (in)

Measure around the fullest part of your upper arm.

Top Length (in)

Required

Measure from the shoulder down to where you want the top/kameez to end.

Bottom Length (in)

Required

Measure from the waist down to where you want the bottoms to end.

Thigh (in)

Measure around the fullest part of your thigh.

Knee (in)

Measure around your knee.

Calf (in)

Measure around the fullest part of your calf.

Inseam (in)

Measure from the crotch seam down to the ankle, along the inside of the leg.

Outseam (in)

Measure from the waist down to the ankle, along the outside of the leg.

Dupatta Length (in)

Measure your preferred dupatta length, if applicable.
